This 10-week training program is designed to build confidence and competence in the process of making disciples out of the lost people in our communities. Participants will walk away from the training with a significant number of hours (20+) engaged in active pursuit of making disciples with other group members, praying for the lost and for the world, and a clear vision of the importance of teaming with and training their fellow believers in the work of being ambassadors for Christ.
Participants commit to the following:
- Weekly “half-time” meetings on Sunday afternoons (2 hours)
- 3 hours per week alone with Jesus
- 2 hours in the “harvest” pursuing spiritual conversations and relationships with individuals who don’t know Jesus alongside their leaders or other participants in the group
- 1 hour in corporate prayer together for the lost in our communities and around the world, Mondays at 6am in the main building Chapel
The kickoff event for all groups throughout the city will be May 31st from 5:30-7:30 pm. The weekly meetings will then start the following week on June 7th. Sunday groups will meet 2-4pm at Paradox. There will be a celebration dinner for all groups at 5:30pm on August 16th (this is your week 10 halftime).
Children 6 and up are welcomed and encouraged to join in the halftimes with the rest of the group! Please reach out to us for assistance for childcare for kids younger than 6.
Because of the condensed nature of the cohort and limited spots, please plan to be committed and present for at least 80% of weekly meetings.
The cost is $30 per participant and will cover the book "Spiritual Multiplication in the Real World" and an accompanying workbook.
Registrations will close when the group reaches capacity.
If fewer than 5 kids register for childcare, we will work with families to compensate for outside childcare options.
